Although DHL Express cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO box address you may request the shipment to be held for pickup (additional service charge will be applied). The receiver will then be able to pickup the shipment at the local DHL Express station. Note: The receiver address is still required for customs on international shipments.
The shipper's reference number is a unique identifier assigned to the shipment by the sender while filling out the shipment information. This can be any combination of letters and numbers, such as a purchase order number or any other information that allows you to manage your shipments.
You will be presented the opportunity to request DHL to file your Electronic Export Information (EEI) with AESDirect on your behalf each time you prepare a new waybill in section "1 What is your destination country?"
