There is no charge for delivery unless a delivery is to a residential address at an international location ($4.15), or if a delivery is to an extremely rural international location ($0.36 per lb., min. $36.00).
Optimal Logistics does not charge a pickup fee.

 

Yes, the driver will automatically attempt delivery to a residence the next business day before 6:00 PM. After two attempts, the package will be held at the local DHL office until delivery arrangements are made. In most cases the local DHL office will return the package to the sender in 7 business days, unless previous arrangements have been made.

There are three ways to schedule a pickup:

Option 1 - Choose Schedule a Pickup from the left navigation on the dhl-usa.com website. Complete the online form and submit it.

Option 2 - During the online shipment preparation process on the dhl-usa.com website, you can choose to schedule a pickup in “Do you need anything else?”, Section 5.

Option 3 - Call DHL (800)225-5345 with your tracking number and pickup location.

 

Can I schedule a driver to pickup my package in the next 10 minutes?

 

No. Pickups must be scheduled at least one hour in advance.
