Email customerservice@optimalship.com or call Optimal Logistics at 1-800-418-2273 (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central, M-F). We will look up your Export and Import numbers and email them to you. Your Import and Export numbers are used as your account reference numbers by DHL and Optimal Logistics. You will use these numbers to setup the log-in information at DHL-USA.com and use the same numbers when you contact Optimal Logistics for quotes or invoice questions.
If you have forgotten your Username or Password, simply set up new ones by looking for "new to DHL online" heading on the left side of the dhl-usa.com home page and selecting the "sign up now" option. It takes less than two minutes to set up a Username and Password for your account. Be sure to use the Export number provided by Optimal Logistics as the billing information so that when you use DHL services you have the benefit of the discount rates that are associated with your account.
